ESL Awareness Week

I am pleased to announce that our Oregon Governor Kulongowski has declared the week of April 26th. through May 2nd. as ESL Awareness Week in honor of our ESL students of all ages. In honor of their contributions, please announce this week of honor to your staff and do what you can to honor the accomplishments of our ESL students.

There are many activities you can implement at your educational site in order to honor our ESL students. Some educational sites have had planned programs for their entire student body and some have posted posters in honor of our students. If you do something of interest at your respective educational establishment, please share it with us.
